As an Internal Sales Assistant, you will play a central role in our team in Huskvarna. You will work closely with our sales representatives to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. Your main responsibilities will include receiving and registering incoming orders, preparing quotes based on customer documentation and drawings, and handling customer inquiries about products, delivery times, and other relevant questions. You will also be responsible for ensuring that larger projects are delivered according to the customer's wishes and for contacting customers in case of any delivery delays.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in order and quote management, customer service, and sales, preferably in the door or construction industry.
• Is very computer-savvy and familiar with working in CRM systems.
• Has a good understanding of English in speech and writing.
• Is fluent in Swedish both written and verbally.

You are a person who loves customer contact and is service-oriented. You have a good business understanding and can be convincing and credible in your dialogue with customers. You are also structured, flexible, and thrive on working both independently and in a team.
