As an Internal Sales Assistant, you will play a central role in our team in Huskvarna. You will work closely with our sales representatives to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. Your main responsibilities will include receiving and registering incoming orders, preparing quotes based on customer documentation and drawings, and handling customer inquiries about products, delivery times, and other relevant questions. You will also be responsible for ensuring that larger projects are delivered according to the customer's wishes and for contacting customers in case of any delivery delays.
