Postdoctoral Fellow Opportunity

The laboratory of Dr. Jianping Li at Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center (SKCCC) at Thomas Jefferson University (TJU) is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to join our team. Dr. Li's lab focuses on the role of chromatin regulators and immune interaction in blood cancers, especially in the initiation of acute lymphoblastic leukemia and lymphoma, relapse, and chemotherapy resistance. We explore mutant chromatin regulators-driven phenotype and molecular mechanisms using cell lines, conditional mouse models, patient-derived xenografts (PDXs), and cutting-edge technologies such as CUT&RUN, ChIP-Seq, single-cell RNA-Seq, ATAC-Seq, Hi-C, proteomics, drug screening, flow cytometry and sorting, and CRISPR editing and screening.

Eligibility Requirements: We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic postdoctoral fellows with a recent PhD or MD or PhD/MD in biochemistry and molecular biology, bioinformatics, computational biology, hematology, immunology, cancer biology, or related fields. The candidate should have a strong interest in one of the following basic and translational research areas related to chromatin regulation, cancer epigenetics, stem cell biology, immune interaction, and developing targeted therapy.

Work Shift: Workday Day (United States of America)

Worker Sub Type: Regular
