✨ About The Role
- Identify business opportunities targeting international operating companies, especially in Latin America, with headquarters in the U.S. or Canada
- Develop and execute outbound campaigns to build a database of prospects
- Manage and close high-value business opportunities, assisting clients with inquiries on platforms and products
- Onboard new clients and cross-sell to existing clients by providing top-notch client servicing with great attention to detail
- Launch and iterate Account Based Marketing strategies across target accounts in North America
âš¡ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within a fast-growing startup environment
- Prior experience in fintech, payments, or cross-border industries is advantageous
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
- Positive attitude with a flexible mindset, aligned with a fast-paced culture
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
