Job Brief

As a Senior Strategy Manager – Ops, you will play a key role within the Jeeny Operations team, driving high-impact projects that contribute directly to our growth and positioning as a market leader. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and strong ownership to ensure timely and high-quality execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve Fleet Quality across KSA by regularly monitoring standards and implementing initiatives to enhance performance.
• Manage high-value strategic projects led by the Operations team, working closely with other departments to ensure timely, high-quality execution that enhances Partner (Driver) Experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure fleet compliance with government regulations and internal standards.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify and resolve operational issues using a data-driven approach.
• Design and execute initiatives to improve key driver-related KPIs, supporting overall operational excellence.
• Lead and present weekly operational performance reviews to key stakeholders and Jeeny leadership, highlighting progress, blockers, and insights.
