Role Description

As part of the JD team, you will acquire the skills necessary to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Duties

Customer Service:

• Assist the customer in all stages of the sale, from selection to purchase of the product, ensuring that targets are met;
• Provide alternatives and maximize sales by also leveraging the digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;

Visual Merchandising:

• Assist in the constant maintenance of standards on the sales floor;
• Check the stock present on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary, in order to ensure that the entire range of sizes is present.

Requirements

• Preferable even brief experience in activities of contact with the public outside the retail sector.
• Excellent communication skills and customer management.
