Role Description

As part of the JD Team, you will acquire the necessary skills to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Duties

Customer Service:

• Assist the customer in all stages of the sale, from choice to purchase of the product, ensuring that targets are met;
• Provide alternatives and maximize sales by also leveraging the digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;

Visual Merchandising:

• Assist in the constant maintenance of sales floor standards;
• Check the stock present on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary, in order to ensure that the entire range of sizes is available.

Requirements

• Previous experience in activities involving contact with the public outside the retail sector is preferable;
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
