Role Description

As part of the JD team, you will acquire the skills necessary to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Duties

Customer Service:

• Assists the customer in all stages of the sale, from product selection to purchase, ensuring that targets are met;
• Provides alternatives and maximizes sales by also leveraging the digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;

Visual Merchandising:

• Assists in the constant maintenance of sales floor standards;
• Checks the stock present on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary, in order to ensure that the entire range of sizes is available.

Requirements

• Preferred even brief experience in activities involving contact with the public outside of the retail sector.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
