Customer Service:

Assist the customer in all phases of the sale, from the choice to the purchase of the product, ensuring that the targets are reached.

Provide alternatives and maximize sales by also exploiting the digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Visual Merchandising:

Assist in the constant maintenance of standards on the sales floor, taking care, if necessary, of the cleanliness of the spaces.

Verify the stock present on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary, in order to ensure that the entire range of sizes is present.

Requisiti:

Experience in the retail sector (preferred).

Excellent communication skills and customer management.

Predilection for teamwork and good attention to detail.
