Role Description

Essential for the operation of the store, the warehouse assistant is responsible for all activities related to the delivery and storage of goods in order to ensure optimal warehouse management.

Duties

• Receive, process, and check incoming and outgoing goods.
• Proceed with the arrangement and labeling of items, as well as the application and verification of the anti-theft system of the goods in collaboration with the store team.
• Ensure the sorting of items and their placement in the warehouse, in compliance with company regulations and layout rules.
• Verify the availability of products and perform replenishment on the sales floor.
• Participate and contribute to inventory counts in the warehouse in order to safeguard company assets and profit.
• Properly manage the delivery of customer orders in the sales area during peak activity periods, assisting the sales department.
• Support the sale of products, ensuring a good level of customer service.
• Participate actively in the control of store losses.

Requirements

• Experience in the retail sector preferred.
• Team worker, organized, methodical, and meticulous, the warehouse assistant has a perfect knowledge of his warehouse and knows the product to be able to work quickly and efficiently.
• Ensures the necessary surveillance and organization for the control of articles.
• Attentive and serious, with a good management of stress, to cope with the increase of incoming and outgoing goods during peak sales periods.
• An affinity with fashion, particularly with the world of sneakers and sportswear, is recommended.
