Sales Assistant (Full Time) - New Opening Roma C.C. "Aura"

Role Description

As a member of the JD team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers every time they visit the store. You will assist the customer in order to maximize the productivity of the store, exceeding your sales targets and using the devices present in the store.

Duties

Customer Service:

• Assists the customer in all phases of the sale, from choice to product purchase, ensuring that targets are met;
• Provides alternatives and maximizes sales by also leveraging the digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;

Visual Merchandising:

• Assists in the constant maintenance of standards on the sales floor, taking care of the cleaning of spaces if necessary;
• Checks the stock present on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary, in order to ensure that the entire range of sizes is present.

Requirements

• Experience in the retail sector preferred;
• Excellent communication skills and customer management;
• Disposition to work in a team and good level of attention to detail.
