Role Description

As a member of the JD Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers whenever they visit the store. You will assist the customer to maximize the store's productivity, exceeding your sales targets and utilizing the devices present in the store.

Duties

Customer Service:

• Assists the customer in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase, ensuring that targets are met;
• Provides alternatives and maximizes sales by also leveraging the digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;

Visual Merchandising:

• Assists in the constant maintenance of sales floor standards, taking care of the cleaning of spaces if necessary;
• Checks the stock present on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary, in order to ensure that the entire range of sizes is present.

Requirements

• Experience in the retail sector preferred;
• Excellent communication and customer management skills;
• Disposition to work in a team and good attention to detail.
