The Role:
We're seeking a proactive, client-focused Marketplace Account Manager to lead dealer success on the JD Power Darwin Marketplace. In this hybrid role, you will engage dealerships directly—on-site, virtually, and in-office—to ensure platform adoption, drive inventory activity, and support overall marketplace engagement.
The Impact You Will Have in This Role:
Your efforts will directly contribute to dealership retention, transaction volume growth, and optimization of the JD Power Darwin Marketplace. You will play a key role in educating clients, resolving roadblocks, and improving the customer experience, ensuring dealers maximize value from their marketplace presence.
