We are seeking a Marketplace Sales Operations Manager to drive commercial performance across Joybuy's UK marketplace. In this role, you will own the core sales operating mechanisms that enable seller growth, revenue performance, and execution excellence across the platform.

You will sit at the centre of the commercial organisation, translating strategy into execution through forecasting, pipeline management, performance tracking, and incentive design. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and commercially driven operator who can build scalable sales infrastructure and drive measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced marketplace environment.

Own day-to-day sales operations for the UK marketplace, ensuring consistent execution against revenue, GMV, and performance targets.

Develop and manage sales forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking frameworks across sellers and categories.

Define and optimise lead identification, segmentation, and assignment processes, ensuring efficient pipeline coverage and prioritisation.

Build and maintain performance dashboards and trackers, providing clear visibility on pipeline health, conversion, and sales productivity.

Establish and monitor sales KPIs, driving accountability and continuous performance improvement across the commercial team.

Design and manage sales incentive frameworks, including target setting, attribution models, and performance measurement.

Monitor key business metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses, and identify actions to improve seller performance and overall marketplace outcomes.

Partner with Account Management teams to drive seller growth plans, including assortment expansion, pricing optimisation, and campaign execution.

Build and optimise sales processes and operating rhythms (weekly reviews, pipeline reviews, business performance cadences).

Conduct competitive analysis and market benchmarking to inform commercial strategy and identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure alignment and execution of commercial initiatives.

Proven experience in sales operations, marketplace operations, or commercial analytics within e-commerce.

Strong understanding of marketplace performance levers, including pricing, promotions, assortment, and conversion drivers.

Demonstrated ability to build forecasting models, manage pipelines, and drive revenue growth through data-driven decisions.

Experience designing sales KPIs, performance frameworks, and incentive models.

Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Structured and performance-driven, with strong attention to detail and execution discipline.

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments, managing multiple stakeholders.

Fluent in English and other European Languages preferred.
