As a Business Operations Leader, you will lead the operational engine behind Joybuy's marketplace growth. You will own the end-to-end operational strategy, enabling sellers, country teams, and internal stakeholders to achieve their goals through best-in-class processes, insights, and tools. You will manage a high-performing team responsible for sales enablement, operational workflows, analytics, and overall planning and reporting, ensuring the business runs efficiently and scales effectively.
This is a strategic role that combines operational leadership, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with marketplace country leads, product, and commercial teams to drive growth and improve the seller and customer experience at every touchpoint.
