Job Summary

Develop, maintain, and optimize relationships with 3P sellers aligned with Joybuy's marketplace strategy. You will have an opportunity to influence the evolution of the e-commerce sector within a high-performance, inclusive environment. As a key part of our team, you'll dive into the fast-paced world of online retail to help our sellers grow and succeed. This isn't just a job—it's a chance to build strong professional relationships and help shape the future of e-commerce. You'll use your skills to scale businesses and make a real impact, all while expanding your own career and expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  1. Look for new businesses and guide them through the entire process of setting up their shop.
  2. Work closely with everyone from big, well-known brands to small, creative businesses to keep them successful.
  3. Help sellers use tools and services to grow their business across different product categories.
  4. Look at market trends and internal numbers to spot new ways for sellers to improve.
  5. Team up with different departments to create solutions that are good for both sellers and customers.
  6. Stay on track to meet your goals for managing and growing seller accounts.
  7. Keep up with what's happening in your product area to understand customers and the competition.
  8. Pass on what you learn from sellers to the internal teams to help make the marketplace better for everyone.

About You

  • Experience in account management and sales
  • Experience in building long-term B2B partnerships
  • Strong understanding of UK marketplace and sellers
  • Comfortable analyzing complex data and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Structured, performance-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including international teams.
