Hatchery Support Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Hatchery Support Coordinator to join our team in Sauk Rapids, MN! Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to hatchery operations through routine but varied duties.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to hatchery operations.
  • Coordinate scheduling, data entry, and reporting tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and supply ordering.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or coursework in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of office or clerical experience, ideally in an agricultural or production environment.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage tasks with precision, supported by strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 a.m. start daily. Availability to work a minimum of two of the following holidays is required: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

  • Base Hourly Salary range of $20-22/hour.
