Hatchery Support Coordinator

Pilgrim's is looking for a Hatchery Support Coordinator to perform routine but varied clerical duties such as data entry/verification, record keeping, photocopying, scanning, compiling records, filing, etc. This role will be based in our hatchery in Sauk Rapids, MN.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter daily operational data into SAP and MTech
• Balance and reconcile data
• Verify inventory
• Create requisitions and record receipts of material
• Create and close out work orders
• Communicate with vendors and follow through with work orders or purchase orders
• Other duties as required

Educational Requirements and Basic Qualifications:

• 1-2 years related office or clerical experience
• Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary
• Must be able to work at least 2 of these holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day
• Must have strong organization skills and be detail-oriented
• Experience in SAP and MTech is preferred, but not required
• Confidentiality a must
• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Base salary range of $19-21/hr
