This role is part of 7 member Regional Segments Team and is responsible for designing and executing Go-To-Market strategies for Jazz's GSM and digital product portfolio, translating product features into compelling customer propositions, and driving adoption across Experience Centers, franchises, and retailers. It involves developing targeted activation campaigns, optimizing channel incentives, and adapting strategies to regional market dynamics. The position requires strong market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management to ensure effective execution, deliver measurable sales growth, and integrate digital lifestyle products into core telecom offerings for sustained market leadership.
Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for Jazz's product portfolio, including Prepaid, Post-pay, MBB, Handsets, ROX, lifestyle apps (FikrFree, Apna Clinic, GameNow, Education Tech, DealO, Zaar), digital smartphone sales, and SIM activations.
Work with product managers to translate product features into customer-centric sales propositions.
Plan targeted channel activation campaigns for 10 Experience Centers, 450 Franchises, and 200,000+ retailers.
Align channel sales targets with company scorecard and growth strategy.
Design and recommend channel commission and incentive structures.
Plan retail merchandising, in-store branding, and training to increase product awareness and adoption.
Monitor GTM KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure close coordination with regional sales, marketing, and product teams for seamless execution.
