Senior Software Engineer (C#/React)

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong C# backend experience and modern frontend skills to join a high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the stack, building scalable APIs, and contributing to high-quality user experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services using C#
• Build and maintain frontend applications using React (Vite/Vitest)
• Develop and maintain APIs for scalable, high-performance applications
• Implement monitoring and observability across systems
• Collaborate with engineers through pair programming and code reviews
• Contribute to automated testing strategies and improve test coverage
• Participate in architecture discussions and system design decisions
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability across the platform

Some Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with C# backend development
• Experience building frontend applications with React
• Familiarity with modern tooling such as Vite/Vitest
• Experience designing and consuming APIs
• Strong understanding of automated testing practices
• Experience with monitoring and observability in production systems
• Comfortable working in collaborative environments (pair programming)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI agents or code assistance tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, YAML)
• Experience with Azure B2C for authentication
• Experience with Cosmos DB or other NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with design tokens and scalable design systems
• Experience with micro frontends
• Exposure to event-driven architectures (Service Bus, messaging systems)
