Location - US - San Jose [Should work from office]
Jade is looking for resources with 12-15 years of experience:
a. Who has a strong understanding of ServiceNow products.
b. Who will be developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications.
c. Who will be an active contributor in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes.
d. Who is creating/managing web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript/BootStrap/Angular.
e. Who will monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
f. Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow.
g. Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing, and production.
Technical abilities and responsibilities:
a. Minimum 6+ years of strong experience in software development and at least 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of ServiceNow IT products like ITSM or ITAM or ITOM or ITBM or SecOps.
b. Passion for JavaScript and the web as a platform, reusability, and componentization.
c. Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows.
d. Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.
e. Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems.
f. Create/manage all SN objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
g. Has experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform.
