Crew AI Engineer

Primary Skills:

8–12 years of experience in AI/ML or automation engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with CrewAI or other LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
Proficiency in Python, including experience with async programming and API integration.
Deep understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) and prompt engineering.
Design, develop and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) interfaces to support interoperability between simulation or AI components.
Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) and embeddings.
Strong understanding of RAG concepts.
Strong understanding of GIT.
MCP server implementation experience.
Experience building and deploying production-ready agent-based solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations.

Secondary Skills:

Good to have knowledge of React.js/JavaScript/CSS/HTML/Node.js.
Data base skills, Azure development and deployment experience, AWS development and deployment experience, Dynamo DB preferable.
