Join our team in Arlington, VA as a Structural Engineering Intern who is excited about designing everything from new, multi-building complexes to intricate historic structure renovations. We’ll rely on you to support our teams on critical projects while fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusion. You’ll work alongside professional engineers and designers, gaining exposure to project coordination, relevant computer-assisted engineering software, data collection and more. As part of our Intern Program, you’ll also engage with interdisciplinary counterparts and senior leadership – giving you a chance to network, explore the company, and learn more about our dynamic industry.

Here’s What You’ll Need

  • In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (with emphasis on structures)
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
  • Must be at least a rising Senior
  • United States citizenship

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • 3.0 GPA
  • Must be at least a rising Junior
  • Working knowledge of Revit and/or Autocad
  • A previous internship related to your field of study
  • Self-driven time management and organizational skills

The base salary range for this position is $40,000.00 to $60,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
