Join our team as a Structural Engineering Intern in Dallas or Fort Worth, TX, who is excited about designing everything from new, multi-building complexes to intricate historic structure renovations. We'll rely on you to support our teams on critical projects while fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusion. You'll work alongside professional engineers and designers, gaining exposure to project coordination, relevant computer-assisted engineering software, data collection and more. Here's what you'll need:

• In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (with an emphasis on structures) from an ABET-accredited program
• Must be entering a master's program in the fall of 2026 or be an active grad student
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
• Work in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner with strong attention to detail
• United States citizenship

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Familiarity with Revit and Bluebeam
• Prior internship related to your field of study
• 3.0 GPA, minimum
• Must be at least a rising Senior
• Familiarity with US building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC
• Familiarity with STAAD, RAM, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar general-purpose or component-based structural analysis and design software

The base salary range for this position is $40,000.00 to $60,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
