Your role will involve:

• Developing comprehensive system test plans to ensure software meets design and functional requirements
• Creating and maintaining automated test scripts to streamline testing
• Executing system and software test cases (manual and automated)
• Documenting testing phases and defects to improve future test planning
• Analyzing test results to report defects or issues
• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to ensure system testing reflects end-user needs
• Working with software development teams to reproduce and debug issues found during testing
• Validating fixes and ensuring corrections are effective and do not introduce new issues
• Assessing system and software performance and behavior under various conditions, including real-world conditions
• Providing feedback and recommendations to improve product design, functionality, and usability based on test outcomes
• Facilitating and participating in meetings to discuss test plans and results with stakeholders
• Staying current with new testing tools and test strategies

Here's what you'll need:

• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and DevSecOps practices
• Proficiency with Application Lifecycle Management tools such as Azure DevSecOps and Jira
• Experience with testing tools such as WinAppDriver and Playwright
• Desktop and web application testing experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills working with complicated data sets
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain difficult technical issues
• Creativity and curiosity in finding software and system flaws
• Interest in civil/military flight operations and aeronautical data (Desired)
• Must be a US Citizen
• Clearance Required: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, US DoD Secret or Higher
• Minimum Years of Experience: Required – High School Diploma and at least fourteen (14) years related experience, or BS degree from an accredited school and at least eight (8) years of related experience, or MS degree from an accredited school and at least seven (7) years of related experience

The base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $150,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
