As a Senior Bridge Engineer, you will be a cornerstone of our Boise team, leading transformative transportation structure projects across Idaho and beyond. This role goes beyond design. We are looking for someone who can connect with clients, bring trusted relationships, and play a key role in expanding and mentoring our bridge practice in the region.
Your experience working with the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD), Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC), and Idaho Highway Districts will be essential as you help strengthen partnerships, identify opportunities, and position Jacobs as a trusted advisor.
From steel girders to prestressed concrete, your technical expertise will shape the infrastructure of tomorrow, while your client leadership will help grow our presence and influence across the state.

Posted Salary Range: Minimum 144,700.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 253,300.00

The base salary range for this position is $144,700.00 to $253,300.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
