Your Impact

• Lead marine structural engineering tasks with a focus on delivering high-quality consultancy services and client satisfaction.
• Manage work packages including data collection, FE modelling (e.g., StaadPro), calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Prepare specifications, cost estimates, and schedules for marine infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical leadership and peer reviews within your area of expertise.
• Build and maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle to support business growth.
• Collaborate with regional Sales and Operations teams to identify market opportunities and triggers.
• Engage in detailed client discussions to define scope and expectations through active listening and clear communication.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure engineering consultancy contracts.

Here's What You'll Need

• Professional Engineer e.g. PE or Chartered Engineer
• Relevant degree in Civil or Coastal Engineering or similar associated subject
• More than 15 years' experience
• In-depth capability in marine structural engineering and awareness of own limitations
• Familiarity with all areas of coastal, maritime, and wider civil engineering practice and infrastructure development
• Experience in the feasibility, planning, investigations, modelling, design, and construction of coastal engineering projects
