As our Power Engineering Lead you will work across Light Rail Transit (LRT) and Metro programmes, setting the technical direction and providing strategic oversight for complex, high-value rail projects. You'll bring your recognised industry expertise to shape solutions, guide multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of safe, resilient, and high-performing traction power systems. Working closely with the Head of Electrical & Power, you'll help foster a culture of technical excellence, mentoring engineers and championing best practice across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Electrical & Power, you'll lead the delivery of traction power systems across LRT and Metro programmes, with a strong focus on substation asset renewal and upgrade initiatives. You'll play a critical role in supporting Jacobs' rail ambitions globally, contributing your expertise to major international opportunities and sharing best practice across regions.
