As an HR Employee Services Professional, you'll deliver employee support on various HR subject matters. You will work with your team to respond to employee inquiries and leadership requests via tickets in Global People Services (ServiceNow) and, as needed, distribute action items to team members while providing accurate, reliable and timely responses to internal and external customers. Your excellent customer service, collaboration and time management skills will lead you to success! This is a hybrid position in Knoxville, Tennessee.

In this HR support role, you will:

  • Be responsible for specialist level support (Tier2) in one or more areas of Human Resources
  • Respond to and resolve inbound tickets from employees and external customers
  • Administer HR policies and procedures that cover multiple HR areas
  • Maintain confidentiality of department and employee information according to established practices
  • Possess the ability to organize and prioritizes workload
  • Possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Adhere to metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) where applicable
  • Regularly scan knowledge to ensure relevant content is readily available to our employees
  • Perform other assigned duties and tasks

Here's what you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 -5 years of relevant work experience
  • Solid understanding of various software/hardware, preferably Oracle HRIS
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well across teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers, management, employees and vendors
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Resourceful, agile, organizationally savvy

The base salary range for this position is $50,000.00 to $58,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
