We are seeking a skilled Geotechnical Site Engineer to join our team to work in the field or in the design office. The role involves conducting site investigations, analyzing soil and rock properties, documentation during pile installation, ensuring compliance with project specifications and relevant codes/standards, reviewing contractor's construction and quality records, and providing technical recommendations to ensure the safety and stability of construction projects.
To excel in this role, strategic thinking and communication skills to influence positive outcomes, efficient communication, and development of client relationships and technical delivery are key factors. Broader aspects of this position will require you to document field activities, provide timely feedback to the on-site senior engineer or lead engineer regarding field observations and any observed departures or deviations of construction works from the approved designs, specifications, and agreed method statements.
