Team Leader For Digital Consulting Americas

Our mission is to undertake projects spanning various industries, including Consumer and Manufacturing, Defence and Security, Energy and Utilities, Financial Services, Government and Public Services, Health and Life Sciences, and Transport.

We are currently seeking a technically grounded and globally minded Team Leader to join us in building the foundation of our Digital Consulting Americas team. In this role, you will develop and lead a team, drive product and customer-specific development, and collaborate closely with North American clients and colleagues to deliver scalable, intelligent infrastructure solutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our productized offerings and contribute to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a cross-functional technical team
  • Mentor and support direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-morale environment
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
  • Act as the primary liaison between your team in Poland and stakeholders in North America
  • Navigate time zone differences and cultural nuances to ensure smooth global collaboration
  • Guide the team in developing customer-specific and productized solutions using cloud technologies
  • Ensure technical decisions align with business goals and customer needs
  • Promote best practices in software development, cloud configuration, and AI integration
  • Translate broad customer requirements into actionable technical plans
  • Support the Poland-based team in becoming subject matter experts in productized offerings
  • Collaborate with North American product managers and technical leads to define product roadmaps
  • Contribute to the leadership of our entire Digital & Data Business in Poland

Here's what you'll need:

  • Wide-ranging experience across tech stacks with selective depth, ideally gained through 5–10 years in software engineering and product development
  • Prior experience managing small technical teams (3–5 people), with strong mentoring and leadership capabilities
  • Tech stack: C#, .NET, Python, Azure SQL Databases, Azure Cloud, Node.js, Blazor, configuration of Azure environments
  • Ability to assess and select appropriate technologies based on customer and product context
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience with artificial intelligence features and digital twin technologies
    • Background in public infrastructure or civil engineering consulting
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional product development
    • Exposure to customer engagement platforms and tools for public feedback
    • Demonstrated success working in distributed, multinational environments, especially across North America
