Job Description

  • Leadership of a central service support team in sales and operations backoffice
  • Responsibility for end-to-end processes around machine orders, installations, and deinstallations including continuous development
  • Ensuring the data quality of machine and spare part master data
  • Close cross-departmental collaboration with sales, supply chain, IT, and external partners
  • Responsibility for quality, governance, and compliance issues including audits and controls
  • Management of training and educational activities in the service environment

Qualifications

  • Completed higher education or comparable training or further education
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience, ideally in a process or system-related environment
  • Experience in building, developing, or transforming processes and organizations
  • Very good understanding of end-to-end processes in sales, operations, or service environments
  • Practical experience with CRM and ERP systems, ideally Salesforce and SAP
  • Structured, analytical, and pragmatic working method
