Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Comprehensive management of cooperation with one of the largest networks
  • Development and implementation of long-term cooperation strategies
  • Achieving sales goals and developing the client's business potential
  • Planning and conducting commercial negotiations (including pricing, promotional, contractual terms)
  • Creating and implementing cooperation plans and development initiatives
  • Managing the commercial budget and forecasting promotional expenses
  • Collaborating with internal company departments to achieve common goals
  • Supporting the international Key Account Management team
  • Participating in the creation of promotional strategies, POS materials, and the annual operational plan (AOP)
  • Monitoring the achievement of goals and the effectiveness of actions in line with the JDE strategy

For this role as Customer Lead Manager, we are looking for a person who has the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager
  • Experience in building strategies, managing clients, including negotiation skills for contract renewals and extensions
  • Excellent understanding and ability to analyze financial metrics, including the impact of P&L on sales decisions
  • Ability to analyze sales and marketing reports
  • Goal-oriented, stress-resistant, and capable of working under time pressure
  • Very good knowledge of English – minimum B2
