Job Description

As a Sales Specialist Business Development (W|M|D), you will support our growth by reaching out to new and existing customers in the B2B environment. Your tasks include:

• Active telephone contact in the B2B environment
• Telephone and email acquisition of new and existing customers
• Systematic telephone contact with defined customer groups
• Qualification of leads and appointment setting including tour planning support for the field service team
• Support of the field service team through close coordination and information sharing
• Maintenance and updating of customer master data in the CRM system
• Complete documentation of all sales activities
• Deputy for the coordination of technician deployments

Qualifications

For this role as a Sales Specialist Business Development (W|M|D), we are looking for someone with the following skills and experiences:

• Completed commercial training, business administration studies, or a comparable qualification
• Fluent German and French in speech and writing
• Experience in telephone acquisition, sales back office, or call center is an advantage
• Confident, convincing, and professional telephone manner
• Communicative and enjoying active customer contact
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
• Good knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and MS Office
• Careful and accurate data entry
• Team player and close cooperation with the field service
