Job Description

The Projects Planning & Marketing Trainee responsibilities include creating and updating product codes in global and local systems, coordinating costing requests, supporting specification approvals, preparing design briefs and correction presentations, maintaining trackers and launch dashboards, assisting with product stickering and copydeck preparation, and organizing design documentation for easy access across teams. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

Responsibilities / Key activities

-Manage SKU Master Data function within respective projects to ensure in time SAP product set up to enable further operational actions for volumes and materials management.

-Initiation and coordination of costing processes in SAP

-Coordination of product specifications and approvals with RnD and relevant stakeholders

-Ensure correct and on-time Regulatory / Copy decks workstream execution, and Co-Packing / stickering process management.

• Maintaining trackers and launch dashboards
• Ensure correct and on-time Regulatory / Copy decks workstream execution, D2P process management and Co-Packing process management.
