JDE Peet's is looking for a Key Account Manager to develop a sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets and deliver quantitative and qualitative results set by JDE. You will also work with international networks and be responsible for sales expansion and improving profitability by introducing new products/services to customers and implementing JDE's marketing plan for the assigned customers.

Other responsibilities include: managing and controlling the assigned budget, negotiating annual contracts, implementing JDE's trade terms and strategies, analyzing and monitoring customer profitability, preparing the annual sales plan, and actively participating in the forecasting process. Collaborating with International KAM for international client cooperation and working with other company departments to achieve and exceed goals.

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager
  • Experience in client management, including negotiation skills for contract renewals
  • Excellent understanding and ability to analyze financial metrics, including P&L impact on sales decisions
  • Ability to analyze sales and marketing reports
  • Goal-oriented, stress-resistant, and able to work under time pressure
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Higher education
  • Experience in working with the discount channel is desirable.
