The position is classified in salary group 7 of the Services CAO. In addition, you receive a comprehensive package of employment conditions appropriate to this role, including:

Job Description

Are you a commercial professional with experience in sales and ready for your next step? Do you want to further develop yourself and work with A-brands like Douwe Egberts and Pickwick?

At JDE Peet's we are looking for ambitious sales professionals with relevant sales experience who want to take their next career step and make an impact within the fastest developing segment of JDE Peet's. In this role you will have the opportunity to take responsibility, develop yourself further and directly contribute to commercial growth.

What will you do?

You start in our Telesales qualification team, the heart of our commercial organization. Here you are the first point of contact for (potential) customers and play a key role in our growth. You follow up on online requests, inbound calls and prospects and ensure strong qualification and further development of commercial opportunities in the form of an appointment for an account manager.

In this phase you quickly build up your coffee, sales knowledge and communication skills. You have in-depth conversations with SME customers, learn to understand their needs and discover how you create value with our coffee and tea concepts. Thus you lay a solid foundation.

Grow into Account Owner

Show that you deliver results and develop quickly? Then you grow into the role of Account Owner. As an Inside Account Manager you become responsible for your own customer group (0–20 FTE). You manage and develop these customers independently, build lasting relationships and gain more responsibility and freedom in your work. How fast this process goes depends entirely on your experience and development.

Training & development (10%) You attend training courses in sales and communication techniques, product knowledge and negotiation. Thus you build a solid foundation to be successful in any role within sales.

For the position of Inside Sales Specialist we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of a completed higher professional education;
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, B2B experience is a plus;
  • Commercial and results-oriented
  • Ambition to further develop yourself in a professional sales environment
