The Jackson Internship Program is practical work experience that enhances a student's academic, career, and personal development while helping Jackson identify well-trained and talented individuals. Jackson believes its internship program is an investment in the future. The program's intent is to provide students with an opportunity to use their skills, aid in their personal development, and have enjoyable and meaningful work assignments.
Jackson's Summer 2026 corporate internship program will be an eight-week in-person program starting June 1 and concluding July 24. Commitment to this specified time frame will be critical for consideration. Interns are expected to work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday during business operating hours.
The RIA Sales Desk wholesales Jackson's advisory products to RIAs through establishing new relationships, educating advisors, and partnering with Jackson's licensed insurance desk to implement the business. The RIA team is a growing department within Jackson where Interns within the RIA team will work on projects related to scaling processes, identifying and championing improvements, and contributing to in-process projects including things like developing onboarding collateral, creating detailed guides and launch plans, and work to optimize work environments and processes.

Undergraduate level – must be a rising junior or senior (2025-2026 Sophomore or Junior). Ideal internship candidates will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, project management skills, analytical skills, a customer focus, working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong initiative.
