The Treatment Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring behavioral health treatment services for youth on probation. This position serves as the central point of contact for referrals to contract clinicians, community mental health centers, and substance use treatment providers. The coordinator also manages contracts and memoranda of understanding (MOUs), ensuring quality, compliance, and accountability. This role supports probation officers by streamlining access to treatment services, reducing administrative burden, and strengthening community partnerships.
The deputy court administrator of family court is the appointing authority. The treatment services coordinator receives direct supervision by the programs manager.

Knowledge of mental health, substance use, and behavioral health systems. Familiarity with community mental health centers and contract clinician service delivery. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with providers, clinicians, staff, and families. Proficiency in data collection, reporting, and contract oversight. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of related experience in behavioral health coordination, case management, or community-based service delivery. Experience working with contract clinicians and treatment providers is strongly preferred.
