Account Executive

As an Account Executive you will drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory, and delivering customer-centric solutions that help youth activity centers succeed. In addition you will:

  1. Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while managing a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities through complex sales cycles.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of prospects' business operations, challenges, and goals to recommend tailored Jackrabbit solutions that deliver measurable value.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, referral partners, and decision-makers within youth activity center verticals to generate qualified leads.
  4. Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and discovery calls with prospects across various communication channels and stakeholder levels.
  5. Build rapport and trust with diverse prospect personalities while reading group dynamics in multi-stakeholder sales situations.
  6. Position Jackrabbit's value proposition compellingly to overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and secure commitments from prospects.
  7. Learn and maintain expert-level knowledge of Jackrabbit's software products and competitive landscape.
  8. Utilize CRM software to ensure all sales activities are properly documented and pipeline forecasting is accurate.
  9. Study competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and new product developments.
  10. Collaborate with Marketing to identify targeted accounts and refine account-based marketing strategies.
  11. Work with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful client onboarding.
  12. Travel 25% - 30% for trade shows, industry events, and in-person prospect meetings.
  13. Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams.
  14. Work with Leadership to set reasonable quarterly and annual sales goals and territory plans.

Experience and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of successful B2B software sales experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Valid Visa/Passport required for travel
  • The ability to monitor your own work to ensure quality and accuracy
  • The ability to move between multiple tasks and programs without becoming overwhelmed
