Product Marketing Associate, Video

In the role as Product Marketing Associate, Video, you will contribute to our purpose of bringing people closer here at Jabra, a part of GN. You will help shape the Jabra video portfolio, contributing to the development of compelling, insight-driven value propositions and the creation of exciting and differentiated product stories & messaging. You will work on all marketing aspects of new video product introductions, working closely with the product marketing team on building the proposition, right through to cementing the plans to bring solutions to market with impact.

The team you will be part of: In this role, you'll sit as part of the Global Proposition & Product Marketing team, working alongside other product marketing specialists responsible for headsets, software & services, and more. Crucially, you'll serve on the team that is the bridge between the product organization, the marketing function, and the teams in the regions.

The role will be based in Ballerup, Denmark, but report into the Head of Video Marketing, Global Proposition & Product Marketing, who sits in North America.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Assist in the coordination of marketing launch plans for all NPI, interacting with colleagues from Market Insights, our in-house creative team, digital marketing, PR, and others.
  • Support the development of enablement / training material (for internal and external audiences), plus compelling, high-impact sell-in content for customers.
  • Act as a bridge within the product marketing function that interfaces with the Jabra brand, creative, digital, and PR/Communications teams.
  • Work closely with the Head of Video Product Marketing and the Video Technical Product Marketing Manager to ensure consistency of all product messaging and value propositions.
  • Monitor sales performance and customer engagement to help optimize marketing and messaging strategies.
  • Collaborate on the value proposition for all new Jabra Panacast video launches, working with Product Management to deliver the brief to marketing.
  • Manage product marketing content across platforms, ensuring new materials are posted timely and accurately.
  • Support in-market video product/solutions, working hand-in-hand with the regions to shape initiatives that will accelerate sales.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Have product marketing or relevant marketing experience of 2-4 years.
  • Possess a creative mindset and a keen interest in developing compelling narratives and bringing them to life through visual mediums like eLearning and PowerPoint.
  • Are ready to take the next step in your product marketing career and are a customer geek.
  • Are curious about the WHY, and the WHO, including the ability to re-evaluate existing beliefs and uncover insights that lead to compelling propositions.
  • Are a self-starter, someone who can launch into tasks quickly, and see tasks to resolution.
  • Perceive yourself as capable of adjusting to new circumstances while maintaining focus on priorities in an evolving context.
  • Can accommodate occasional international travel, based on business needs.
  • Knowledge of unified communication or video collaboration devices is a plus, but not a requirement.
