Your Role: The Senior Institutional Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of the EMEA institutional marketing strategy for the Pensions & Insurance segments across the Netherlands, Nordics, and DACH region. This includes developing a deep client insight and knowledge, collaborating closely with the other Institutional Marketing Managers in EMEA, and collaborating with central Marketing teams to ensure effective planning and seamless oversight on execution.
Working alongside other Senior Marketing Managers in the client segment, you will ensure alignment with the broader EMEA strategy while tailoring initiatives to regional priorities when needed. It is important to think as global as possible, as local as necessary. The role holder will also lead and develop the Institutional Marketing Manager in their team (1 direct report in the DACH region). In addition, the Senior Marketing Manager will be accountable for cultivating strategic partnerships with local distribution teams.
