Director of Product Marketing
Contract negotiation is the most time-consuming, costly, and difficult component of the contract lifecycle—and it hasn't gotten much easier since the days of fax machines. Language models have unlocked the ability to solve many contract negotiation and review problems at scale. At Ivo, we're redefining what's possible with AI for in-house legal and procurement teams. We're a rocketship Series A B2B SaaS startup—growing fast and building the future of legal ops with cutting-edge AI. Our product is best-in-market (with an ~80% trial win rate) and rapidly embedding itself into the lives of its users. Ivo is a leader in the legal AI contract review space, with a 4.9 G2 rating, 300+ in-house teams (including many Fortune 500 companies and household brands across 20+ countries), and over $22M in funding from top-tier VC firms.
We're looking for a Director of Product Marketing to take ownership of our go-to-market narrative and help define how Ivo tells its story to the world. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, sales, customer success, and marketing. You'll be responsible for positioning Ivo as the undisputed leader in AI contract review, shaping how customers, prospects, and the market perceive us. You will lead messaging and positioning, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and product launches—building the foundation of a world-class product marketing function. This is a unique opportunity to join early, shape the voice of a fast-growing company, and directly influence pipeline, growth, and adoption.
What You'll Do
- Own positioning and messaging: Craft compelling narratives that differentiate Ivo and resonate with in-house legal, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
- Enable sales success: Build best-in-class sales enablement materials—including decks, battlecards, one-pagers, and case studies—that arm our AEs and SDRs with the tools to win.
- Launch products and features: Drive go-to-market strategy for new releases, working closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure successful adoption.
- Develop competitive intelligence: Own and continuously refine our competitive landscape insights, ensuring our team has the knowledge and tools to outmaneuver competitors.
- Tell the customer story: Partner with Customer Success to identify customer wins and transform them into case studies, references, and proof points that fuel growth.
- Partner with demand generation: Collaborate on campaigns, webinars, and events to drive awareness and pipeline creation.
- Be the voice of the market: Represent customer and market needs internally, feeding insights back to the product team to inform roadmap decisions.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You…
- Have 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with exposure to AI/ML, legal tech, and/or enterprise software.
- Have experience building a product marketing function from the ground up in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Are a strong storyteller with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, equally comfortable presenting to executives and building polished content.
- Thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution—you can set the GTM vision but also roll up your sleeves to create decks and materials yourself.
- Have a track record of successful product launches that drove measurable revenue impact.
- Are relentlessly resourceful, scrappy, and excited about building in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
- Have a deep customer-first mindset and love working cross-functionally across sales, product, and marketing.
