About The Opportunity
Are you a fresh graduate ready to roll up your sleeves and break into the world of B2B sales? We're selecting four high-potential, ambitious graduates to join a structured 4-month internship program designed to prepare them for Account Manager roles in a fast-growing company. The program combines hands-on exposure, training sessions, and performance-based assessment with the goal of hiring two out of the four interns at the end of the internship.

Job Description – Account Manager (Intern)
As an Account Manager Intern, you will be immersed in the sales process from end to end, working closely with senior team members to develop leads, nurture relationships, and drive business opportunities. You'll act as a bridge between prospects and internal stakeholders ensuring alignment, quality, and value.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential clients and industries
- Assist in lead generation, outreach, and follow-up using email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
- Attend client meetings (in person or online) and take detailed notes and actions
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored proposals and presentations
- Support the preparation of quotes, contracts, and commercial offers
- Track and update opportunities using the CRM system
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, learnings, and client feedback
- Participate in weekly sales reviews, pitch simulations, and strategy discussions
- Demonstrate ownership over your tasks and a growth mindset in feedback cycles
- Be proactive in proposing ideas, asking questions, and contributing to team meetings
What You'll Learn

Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduate (Class of 2024 or 2025), all majors welcome
- No prior sales experience required, but curiosity, drive, and coachability are a must
- Excellent verbal & written communication in Arabic and English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, LinkedIn.
- Resilient, proactive, and not afraid to pick up the phone
- Passion for problem-solving, human relationships, and business
