IST is looking for a friendly, service-oriented, customer focused Site Manager candidate with a passion for excellence in Alpharetta, GA. The Site Manager must have at least 2-3 years experience managing staff. We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities.
Salaried compensation: $55,000 to $60,000 USD, DOE
Working hours: Mon - Fri: 7:30am - 4:30pm (NO WEEKENDS)

Supervision of on-site office and facilities team
Typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned
Shipping & receiving, supply inventory
Conference room setup & breakdown, operating mailing equipment
Updating employee lists
Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, to customers; lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper; handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
Maintain all logs and reporting, documentation, attention to detail
Able to safely drive provided vehicle to different buildings on campus
Adhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications for the Site Manager role includes a valid drivers license, access to reliable transportation, at least 2-3 years experience managing staff, in addition to:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Must have at least 2-3 years experience managing staff, writing employee reviews, corrective actions, approving time, scheduling staff in office environment
Experience writing site SOP (Standard Operating procedures)
Customer Service/Hospitality/Retail background preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; competency in performing multiple functional tasks
Lifting up to 55 pounds, walking and standing for extended periods of time
