We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Pireaus. This role calls for a high sense of responsibility and reliability, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing vessels' requirements, booking relevant services, issuing all relevant shipping documentation, undertaking vessel boarding and perform any other tasks related to the job. It is the right job to attain your skills and advance your opportunities with us, given our dominant position in the Marine Service industry.

Contract: Permanent Location: Pireaus, Greece

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling the Government Services principals/vessels in Greece and any other country under our capacity.
• Manage the pre-arrival documentation process between vessel, port/terminal and government authorities.
• Book port services for vessels' berthing.
• Ensure that excellent ship agency services are rendered to all clients.
• Board vessels as/where required.
• Liaise with clients and port services on a daily basis.
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies.
• Proformas DA creation.
• Provide 24/7 assistance for all vessels upon request.
• Operations coordination in all Greek ports
• Handling crew change upon request.
• Provide assistance to the other depts. of the Marine Services Division upon request.
• Continuous monitoring of corporate email communication
• Travel when necessary.
• Use of corporate systems (SEDNA – Optic LPA).
• Invoice collection

Who You Are:

• Knowledge and understanding of the shipping industry.
• Previous experience in marine/shipping services and/or a degree in a relevant field would be an asset.
• Fluent in English with excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel.
• Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Full valid Driving Licence.
