We are currently seeking qualified Front House Sales Associates for our F45 and FS8 Studios! As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation of the fitness studio, with a strong focus on premium customer service, as well as meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators, including membership sales and renewals, retail and concession sales, and maximizing workout traffic.

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering weekly and monthly sales goals
• Greeting members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile, to create a friendly positive entrance into studio
• Ensuring proper on-boarding of all F45 and FS8 members through the use of Client Intake Forms and Agreements
• Establishing and maintaining an effective referral program
• Making calls to warm leads to successfully bring them to the studio
• Delivering studio tours
• Proactively presenting membership options with confidence
• Timely outreach to new leads
• Lead management & nurturing
• Initiating and developing local business partnerships
• Answering all emails, calls, texts or social media inquiries
• Accurately following the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities
• Maintaining an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
• Working closely with our Coaches
• Attending and participating in pertinent F45 or FS8 training programs
• Inspiring and promoting an energetic environment

• Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)
• Ability to build strong relationships with members daily
• Confident, motivational, and outgoing
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Excellent attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable
• Comfortable learning new technology
• Eagerness to participate in fitness classes alongside members

Experience & Qualifications:

• 1-year fitness sales experience (required)

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
