• Assist potential members in understanding F45 Training programs and services.
• Drive membership sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Conduct tours of the facility, showcasing our state-of-the-art equipment and amenities.
• Handle member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support marketing initiatives to promote events and special offers.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads and follow-up communications.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, social media and Google Docs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Not Required, But Valuable Skills:

• Experience in Mindbody
• Worked in the Wellness or Fitness Industry
• Familiar with social media, trends, building reels, scheduling posts, paid ads
• Marketing Experience or table events
• College Degree
