Responsibilities include hitting monthly operations revenue goals, supporting member retention, hiring, training and developing a strong operational team, ensuring team members execute the basics in friendliness, cleanliness, punctuality, and dress code, instilling a sense of common responsibility and teamwork, maintaining an efficient back office, ordering and maintaining all supplies, supervising point-of-sales operations, and preparing inventory reports.

Qualifications include being highly organized and willing to take leadership responsibilities, possessing strong oral, presentation, and written communication skills, experience in the health & fitness industry, experience as a manager, experience with Microsoft Office suite, and CPR/AED certification.
