The Sr. Manager of Maintenance Ops - Fire Systems is part of the Maintenance Services corporate team and is responsible for the management and maintenance of the Portfolio's fire and life safety systems including but not limited to fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and other ancillary systems.

Base Pay Range: $110,200.00 - $163,200.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
