Centralized Applicant Services Representative ($26.15)

The Leasing Concierge supports prospects and the leasing team from the initial application process through move-in. This role is a brand ambassador who demonstrates strong administrative performance through consistently meeting audit expectations and provides a seamless customer experience to both internal and external customers.

Job Duties:

• Promotes positive, proactive customer interactions to make their Irvine Company experience of the highest quality.
• Completes application approval process and effectively transitions applicant to onsite RSO team for move-in processing.
• Tracks submitted applications for required approvals and documentation in accordance with current policy and procedure guidelines.
• Supports ICAC culture and values to achieve top Customer Satisfaction and Reputation Management survey scores and reviews.
• Works in a team environment, supporting all team members to exceed customer expectations.
• Supports other centralized departments as directed.
• Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with residents, employees, and outside contacts.
• Maintains the company's customer service and sales standards.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: One to three years of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people. Strong detail orientation, administrative and organizational skills. Direction is provided for assignments in terms of desired outcomes (goals), timing, and budget. Work is reviewed/measured in terms of meeting organizational objectives. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Multilingual ability is a plus. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Base Pay Start Rate: $26.15
